There is not way to stop it.This device was working without any issue until I tool one of the customer service agent's help to configure the expansion … WebJun 13, 2013 · You can either try and reset the units back to factory defaults and then plug them back into the phone system (Best to do this off a power pack with the SPA phones) and then have the phones attempt to reinitialize themselves again.
WebJul 22, 2016 · Two things. First Install patch 1 to ISE 2.1. See if this resolves it. Second if you are using Administrative IP ACCESS restrictions disable them and see if the services start. If the services do start you should be able to re-enable them but add the IP address of the pxgrid node to the list of allowed IP's. If this message appears on the display persistently, then it indicates your phone is unable to get an IP address from your network.
