WebbIn Recycle Bin, users can only see files deleted by themselves and cannot see files deleted by other users, so they can only delete files which are deleted by themselves. The Admin of the SharePoint site can see all files deleted by all users via Site settings > Recycle Bin under Site Collection Administration and can empty all files in it. I checked the Recycle Bin and they are not there, and Secondary Recycle Bin is also empty. It looks like space calculations on Sharepoint are broken - is there a way to force it to recalculate?
