WebbThey don't gain immediately unless you use the fast version. The mod was also updated after seasons was released. Its always worked for me. It takes about 2 or 3 sim days to see the added weight, but if I don't have my sims exercise it shows up gradually. I'd reach out to KawaiiStacie for help if its not working for you.
