I think the bear phase is hilarious and adorable, but when I was playing, my sim's (alien) kids didn't have the option to change into bear form since the alien form existed, so they were forever depressed. Even making a bear outfit didn't help because EA reasons. I felt bad for them. WebbA technical explanation for those that are interested: A childhood phase can occur when a kind of countdown timer finishes. On a birthday this timer is set to its maximum value of 7 days, which basically deletes the feature in short lifespan saves. My mod makes sure that this value is set to a random value between 3 and 7 days on age up.
